For those of you who did not quite understand how some of the place names in the book could mistakenly thought of as rude, and were afraid to ask for an explanation, here’s a glossary of terms. Great Tosson

Anita from Chicago has asked me to explain why Great Tosson could be misinterpreted. I would advise any of our US visitors pondering this same question to watch the excellent film American Beauty, as, in the name of art, Kevin Spacey demonstrates the relevant activity in the shower during the opening scene.
